這款 Rye Sourdough 朱古力棒由 Rye Sourdough Wheat 麵包製成，搭配 2017 年 Cocoa of Excellence 獲獎者巴厘島 Trinitario 可可豆的堅果風味，打造出鹹甜的水果風味。

發酵是酸麵團生產過程中非常重要且耗時的過程，就像可可豆的發酵過程和豆條朱古力的老化過程一樣，需要合適的溫度、濕度和時間來建立味道和質地，最後在麵包中產生微酸和果味。

Rye Sourdough 麵包的味道和風味與我們的 bean to bar 朱古力非常協調，加上一些鬆脆的質地。

This Rye Sourdough chocolate bar is made by Rye Sourdough Wheat bread, created salty and sweet fruit flavour with the nutty flavour of Trinitario cacao bean of Bali, which is the winner of Cocoa of Excellence 2017.

Trinidad & Fermentation is very important and time consuming process of sourdough production, same as the process of fermentation of cacao bean and aging process in bean to bar chocolate, it takes the right temperature, humidity and time to build up the taste and texture, and finally it creates the slightly sour and fruity flavours in the bread. ....

The tastes and flavours of the Rye Sourdough bread are so harmony with our bean to bar chocolate, plus some crunchy texture.
